The ARRB staff is planning to interview Russ Holmes about JFK Anillary (working) Files. Dave Marvell has requested that Holes be given on one day clearance so that he can look for the files. How do you want to handle? 2. Has David Vance Vanck (VANck (SSN) 482-853-5577) so he worked for the Agency (D01) Vanck is an army officer who served in Thailand and Vietnam.
