Board 14 October Meeting - Results Original Text of J.Barry Harrison Barry: (S) This follows my telephone conversation of 22 October 1997, I have discussed the decision of the JFK Board to release the true name of Jose Jose Manuel Manuel (with Linda Cipriani / OGC/Ciprián) as an Article Specific Specific Current Harm that we have a very weak case were we were to Jose Jose Manuel Manuel as President, because we are unable to be able to articulate specific current harm that would ensure when the Board releases Manuel's name.
