The FBI informant - Victor Thomas "Vicente" - is an American- born/Puerto Rican born in NYCY in 1980. He has been under FBI control for nearly 3 years penetrating the three Pro-Castro organizations in NYC: the Fair Play, Thirteenth of the first two years (PCC) to Castro Cuba, and the Jose Marti Club. The first two weeks (PCPC) has been held in Havana, Cuba, in the last six months he has become a valuable penetration for the FBI into the above 3 organizations as well as the Cuban delegation having apparently won the complete confidence of the pro-CastRO leaders and Cuban officials in NYC.
