CES 4. 0909 -- Dr. Cameron MD/DO, MD/D, ED, and CCS ber of (Marvin N. Flaherty) COM, JCL 5. 0906 -- Dr Cameron MD, MDO, advised to be reached via Pageboy (134), until further notice. JCL 6. 0930 -- Mr. Carter (GSA Engineer, advised that one of the bay doors at the South Loading Dock is malfunctioning. Efforts to contact Mr. Har- rington, Building Manager, and/or an elevator mechanic met with negative results. OSD directed Mr. Carter to close the door by any means and to secure it.
