As a result of our conversation of 5 July, I would like to summarize the information which has been provided to you by the Agency in memorandum form (attention Mr. Arnold parliamentary the Agency first series of memorandum on the subject beginning 20 June. 2. On 20 June separate memorandum was sent to you concerning Hess. Frank Anthony Sturgis, Eugenio Rolando Martinez Carrera, Bernard L. Barker and Virgilio Gonzalez. The papers detailed available information on the subjects. We said that Mr. Frank Anthony Sturges had never been re- that he had been associated with an Agency contact, Mr. that he held him in the United States. He was not a member of the Cuban Eugeneo Rolando Martinez Carrera. Since the early sixties. Their relationship was built with a mutual interest in Cuba. exile activities. and exile activities up a variety of tasks for the Agency on January 1961 matters up until June of this year.
