Groups conducting propaganda, etc. with Agency support should receive their support and be considered through the Council! b. A propaganda campaign should be waged by the Council aimed at: (1) Cuba, via a long wave radio station in Key West. (2) Cuba in Miami and other U.S. in areas by: (a) Subsidating Diario to las Americas; (a). Contracting for time on radio stations. (b) Latino America, with a plan such as the Operation Cristela. c. Underground Activities. (11) Provocation of monthly funds to Council for procuring Cuban pesoce to send to the seven-oddi realtance groups in Cuba through reliable chanole (such as provviously sent through the Italian tmbassy).
