Anotolly (GOLTINY) (AELTIN) - Delusions of grandeur, reclusive, may take attention to "get even".

Yuri NOSSENKO (AEDONOY) - Not seriously neurotic but vengeful due to handling, may embarrass CIA during Brezhnev visit.

**Recommendations for Brezhnev Watch List**

a. Delete OSBENSKO - rehabilitated, well-disposed toward CIA and USG, not a threat.
b. COLENTENSKI - absolutely nutty, top of the list due to hatred for Soviet Government over Romanov crown jewels.
c. Anatoly GOLITZYN - agree with Bohrer, put on list.

**Defectors**

2. BUNINUS - works for RFE, wife bitter towards Soviets but unlikely to cause trouble.

7. NOFINOV - often in trouble when drunk, may be in New York now.
8. OGANESYAN (AGAIN) - Los Angeles, no passage.
9. HOLENESKI (REVISION) - real nut, connection with Secret Service.
10. KOSKENSKI (ADONENKO) - no passage to Secret Service.

1. ALADLE - agreed by Bohrer and Shaffer to be added to the list, but withheld due to disagreement.
2. VINBLI (ABELLE) - Albanian in Chicago, no passage.
3. VANGUINE (AERCURT) - physicist, very stable, no passage.
4. XOXOHANISHA (BECOND) - Polish, unpredictable, refuses to meet with CIA or FBI.
5. GERBERGIN (CIA is in touch with him in New York, but he's not a refugee contact).
6. MARTIN - came into the US under the refugee act, CIA has no responsibility.
7. CEROPET - works for Radio Liberty, stable, no passage.
