Regarding the individuals of interest in CASPER, the following is a brief summary of pertinent information relating to those individuals identified to AGEE by CASPER: NAME LISTED IN CABLE OS FILE NO. AND SUMMARY BUSTOS, Charlotte BUSTOSTO, VIDELIA, Charlotte B. SF5F6E 840; appears to be Chief of Station at (Trinidad) since June 1974, integrated State June 1974; integrated State through assignment to Mexico City, July 1967-August 1972. FREDERICK, William William Fulton, FREDERCICK, WILLIAM SF660 785; former GS-12 LA Division Ops Officer who was dismissed due to improper handling of Agency funds in September 1996; may have SECRET E2 IMPDET EYES ONLY.
