The implications of a C of A operation with the States by the FBI Agency and the pos-ability Subject might come to the attention of the FBI through association with Court WOOR were discussed. 2. Mr. McCORD expressed the opinion that it is not necessary to advise the FBI of the operation at this time. However, it does not review the case in a month. The file of Subject, along with that of the W/H man who is supervising the operation (David Aldrich, PHILIPS #4069) will be penalized for the at-ention of Mr. McORD on 1 March 1961.
